Our mittens have been hand knitted by a sisterhood of artisans from a small village in India.
Each pair is handmade & personally produced using mixed yarns & mohair.

During lockdown any excess threads longer than 15cm were collected & colour coordinated with Mohair to create these wonderful mittens so no pair are ever the same& we are promoting Zero Waste.
Each pair comes with a swing tag & QR code which displays a picture of the artisan who made your garment & their story of how hand knitting has changed their life.

Ikats are hand produced using an ancient and complicated technique. The silk threads are relief dyed and then hand woven on looms showing the real skills of the weaver as the often complicated patterns come to life on the loom. Some artisans enjoy the title of ‘master weavers’ due to their talented use of color and pattern in this tradition that has been passed down for generations

Our master craftsmen have cultivated and refined the complex weaving and dyeing technology for generations. All fabrics are manufactured individually and takes 5 days to produce each bag.
